Please Remember That Absolutely No Beverages May Be Brought Into The Club.

You may bring your own picnic basket or purchase food from one of our many food stations.

For your convenience several bars will be set up in the picnic area.

The purchase of the Food & Bar tickets will be on sale at several locations.

Bring out all your Family and Friends for this wonderful event and we promise that you will not be disappointed in the fireworks.

 

Every member will be billed $85.00 on their June statement and this will allow each member to bring eight people at no cost.

 

Every additional guest over 8 people will be charged $8.00 on the members account.

Guests may purchase Food & Drink Tickets with cash.

 

Any Member wanting tables and chairs for the 3rd of July, may reserve a table and 10 chairs for $40. You may reserve additional tables with chairs at the same cost. The Club will only have enough tables and chairs to accomodate the reserved tables.

 

ALL TABLE RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE IN THE OFFICE BY JUNE 24, 2011.
