Cedar Plank Salmon

Oven roasted Atlantic salmon fillet on a cedar plank basted with a lemon herb butter served with a saffron caviar rice and broccoli

 

Grilled Duck Breast with Kettled Duck Confit

Grilled moulard duck breast and potted duck confit served with mashed candied sweet potatoes and carrot straws

Provencal encrusted rack of lamb served with a mint demi-glace,
