GUEST PLAY POLICIES AND TIMES OF PLAY

The following Guest Play Policies are in effect, May 1st to September 30th.

  1. One guest, in an otherwise all Member group, may play during all scheduled Member times.
  2. Any member with more than one guest or any group having more than one guest will be restricted to the following times of play
    • Tuesday – No restrictions. May play at any time, after 11:30 a.m.
    • Wednesday – No restrictions. May play at any time.
    • Thursday – No restrictions. May play at any time.
    • Friday – No restrictions. May play at any time.
    • Saturday – May play after 9:30 A.M.
    • Sunday – May play after 9:30 A.M.
  3. All Guests must be registered in the Pro Shop prior to beginning play.  There must be at least one member in each group.
  4. The same guest (if residing within a 50 mile radius) may be invited for play not more than five (5) times between May 1st and September 30th.  (Excluding such "guests" events as the Aurora Invitational, Borealis Day and the "Jug" days.)
  5. Members will be restricted to having only seven (7) guests at any one time for golf.  All other requests must be submitted to the Golf Professional and/or the Club Manager for approval.  The Board of Directors will consider groups of no more than twenty (20) golfers between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Tuesday through Sunday.
  6. Social Members of the club may use the course three (3) times per year, upon payment of the regular guest fees, with the exception of the Aurora Invitational, Borealis Day and the "Jug" days.
  7. Swim/Tennis members of the club may use the course five (5) times per year, without payment of the regular guest fees, with the exception of the Aurora Invitational, Borealis Day and the "Jug" days.
  8. GUEST FEES
    • Regular rate – All guests, Social members and Swim/Tennis members
      • $80.00 – 18 Holes
      • $45.00 – 9 Holes
    • Family rate – All lineal descendents, parents, grandparents and "in-laws"
      • $40.00 – 18 Holes
      • $25.00 – 9 Holes
  9. All members are responsible for ensuring that their guests abide by Aurora Country Club's dress code and "Spikeless" golf shoe policy
